研究了退火温度(760~840℃)对Ti-Nb超低碳冷轧IF钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当退火温度低于760℃时,Ti-NbIF钢不能完成再结晶过程,当退火温度高于780℃低于840℃时,材料能完成再结晶过程且晶粒度均为9.5级;此外,随着退火温度的上升,Ti-Nb超低碳冷轧IF钢的强度减小塑性上升,应变硬化指数、塑性应变率和伸长率呈增加趋势。
The effect of annealing temperature (760 ~ 840 ℃) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-Nb ultra-low carbon cold-rolled IF steel was studied. The results show that when the annealing temperature is lower than 760 ℃, the recrystallization of Ti-NbIF steel can not be completed. When the annealing temperature is higher than 780 ℃ and lower than 840 ℃, the recrystallization can be completed and the grain size is 9.5. In addition, as the annealing temperature increases, the strength of the Ti-Nb ultra-low carbon cold-rolled IF steel decreases in plasticity and the strain hardening index, plastic strain rate and elongation increase.
