青年就业问题是世界各国长期面临的突出问题,据国际劳工组织统计,全球失业青年目前已达2.9亿,占青年总人数的四分之一,并警示新的“迷惘一代”正在产生,青年就业状况的恶化会成为经济社会的不稳定因素。在中国,青年人口也是一个巨大的群体,高校毕业生是这一群体的代表。我国年度应届高校毕业生人数从1999年扩招时的不足100万增加到今年的近700万,13年增加6倍,使得人力资源市场难以消化。
According to the statistics of the International Labor Organization, the number of unemployed young people in the world has now reached 290 million, accounting for one fourth of the total number of young people. It is also being warned that a new “lost generation” is coming into being. Deterioration of the employment situation of youth can become an unstable factor in economic and social development. In China, the youth population is also a huge group, and college graduates are the representatives of this group. The number of annual college graduates in our country increased from less than 1 million at the time of enrollment expansion in 1999 to nearly 7 million this year and 6 times in 2013, making the human resources market difficult to digest.
