目的 :观察华林回春液的镇痛作用和对皮肤的刺激性。方法 :采用扭体反应、光辐射致痛、豚鼠皮肤致敏实验、大鼠阴道粘膜多次给药实验。结果 :华林回春液可显著减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数、显著延长大鼠辐射热刺激致痛的痛阈 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;对豚鼠皮肤无过敏性、大鼠阴道粘膜多次给药无损伤。结论 :华林回春液对动物有镇痛作用、对皮肤无刺激性
Objective : To observe the analgesic effect and skin irritation of Hualin Huichun Liquid. Methods: Twisted body reaction, photo-radiation induced pain, guinea pig skin sensitization experiments, and multiple vaginal mucous membrane administration experiments in rats. RESULTS: Hualin Huichun Liquid significantly reduced the number of writhing responses induced by acetic acid, significantly prolonged the pain threshold caused by radiant heat stimulation in rats (P < 0.01 or P <0.05); No allergic, multiple administration of rat vaginal mucosa without injury. Conclusion : Hualin Huichun Liquid has analgesic effect on animals and no irritation to skin
