Stomach muscle tumors (SMT) are divided into leiomyoma (LM) and leiomyosarcoma (LM). The incidence of gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors 30% to 60% [1], the preoperative diagnosis rate is not high. In our hospital from 1990 to 1997 admitted to 18 cases (LM8 cases, LS10 cases) analysis report is as follows: 1 clinical data 1.1 cases: 18 cases, 11 males and 7 females, aged 23 to 69 years old.
