江西新余钢铁厂通过改进设备,改善操作,在1977年创造了更换一个热风阀(255米~3高炉)仅需6分钟的先进水平.该厂的主要经验是:1)准备工作要充分;如改进出水管为胶管等.2)卸旧装新使用两台卷扬.3)把热风阀及短管法兰都改成凸凹槽
