为了提高红外激光雷达跟踪精度和快速性能,可以采用内、外伺服系统。内伺服电机驱动内转台运动,外伺服电机驱动外转台运动,内外转台通过直线位移传感器同步运动。这种控制方式提高了轴系精度和内转台的机械谐振频率,减少了扰动,增加了跟踪快速目标的能力。由于外转台负载转动惯量大,齿轮传动装置刚性差,齿隙大,摩擦力矩大,因此外伺服系统的带宽受到限制。为了使操纵手通过单杆平稳地跟踪目标,内、外转台的失调角小于20弧分。外转台伺服系统只用闭环自动调节原理综合校正,不能达到要求的速度和加速度指标。
