目的了解吉林市城区社区居民对中医药社区卫生服务需求与利用现状。方法根据经济有效的原则,对社区居民采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取4个区8个街道24个居委会的263名居民进行问卷调查。结果263名被调查居民以工厂及企业员工、40岁以下、大专及以上学历为主,居民需要中医药社区卫生服务比例较高,但对中医药社区卫生服务的利用较低。结论吉林市城区社区居民对中医药社区卫生服务需求高利用低。
Objective To understand the current situation of demand and utilization of community health service by Chinese community residents in urban areas of Jilin City. Methods Based on the principle of economy and efficiency, stratified random sampling method was adopted for community residents, and 263 residents from 24 neighborhoods in 8 districts and 4 districts were selected for questionnaire survey. Results 263 inhabitants surveyed mainly consisted of factories and employees, under 40 years of age, college education and above. Residents needed a higher proportion of community health services for Chinese medicine, but lower utilization of community health services for Chinese medicine. Conclusion Community residents in urban areas of Jilin City have low demand for high demand for community health services in Chinese medicine.
