国务院关于加强基础设施工程质量管理的通知,对规范建设市场确保工程质量,提出了明确要求。现对提高工程质量提出几点建议。
The State Council’s notice on strengthening the quality management of infrastructure projects sets out clearly the requirements for standardizing the construction market to ensure the quality of construction projects. Now to improve the quality of the project put forward some suggestions.
