房地产档案是房地产管理机构在管理活动中直接形成的对国家和社会有保存价值的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录。随着我国房地产市场的不断升温,房地产档案的存储数量日益增加,房地产档案的利用率也在大幅提高,以往通过人工处理为主的管理方式暴露出很多弊端:工作效率低、错误量大、信息共享困难等。这就要求房地产管理部门在档案管理过程中贯穿依法治档的理念、培育专业管理的素养、提供有效优质的服务。
