随着社会进入知识经济时代,计算机被广泛应用于社会各个领域,人们的社会活动离不开计算机和由其产生的种类繁多的电子文件。电子文件归档后,即形成了电子档案。电子档案不同于纸质档案,特别是电子档案的特性,决定其保存与维护的复杂性。如何保存利用电子档案,使之安全可靠并长期处于可准确提供利用的状态,是档案工作者急需解决的问题。
As society enters the era of knowledge-based economy, computers are widely used in all fields of society. People’s social activities are inseparable from computers and the vast variety of electronic documents they generate. After the filing of electronic documents, electronic records have been formed. Electronic files are different from the paper files, especially the characteristics of electronic files, to determine the complexity of their preservation and maintenance. How to preserve and utilize electronic files to make them safe and reliable and to be in a state of being able to provide accurate use for a long period of time is a problem that archivists urgently need to solve.
