伴随着高职院校办学水平的发展,党的基层党组织建设也进一步得到了加强。但是,在党的入党积极分子培养考察方面,高职院校由于实际情况,需要不断探索教职工党员,特别是入党积极分子培养考察的新途径新方法。现介绍了高职院校教职工入党积极分子培养中主要存在的几个问题,并对问题进行了分析,结合高职院校教职工的特点给出了四点对策。
With the development of the educational level of higher vocational colleges, the building of the party’s grass-roots party organizations has also been further strengthened. However, due to the factual situation of higher education institutions, the need to continually explore new ways and means to train faculty and staff members, especially the activists who join the party, should be cultivated and investigated by the party’s joining the party. Nowadays, several problems existing in the training of activists entering the Party in higher vocational colleges are introduced, and the problems are analyzed. Four countermeasures are given based on the characteristics of the faculty and staff in higher vocational colleges.
