继中国东方航空公司、深圳高速公路之后,北京大唐发电股份有限公司作为今年第三家海外上市的国有企业于3月24日入主香港,而按自1993年以来的大“排行”,大唐已是第26家在港上市的内地企业了。不同以往的是,从此大唐并未囿于香港一地,而是同时远征伦敦,以其为第二上市地。此次大唐计划发行12.44亿境外上市股,每股发行价为2.52港元,筹资总额超过31亿港元。而实际发行中,由于出乎意料的踊跃认购,经全球协调人摩根士丹利行使超额配股权,
Following the China Eastern Airlines and the Shenzhen Expressway, Beijing Datang Power Generation Co., Ltd., the third overseas listed state-owned enterprise of the year, entered Hong Kong on March 24th, and according to the big “ranking” since 1993, Tang is the 26th mainland company listed in Hong Kong. What is different from the past is that since then Datang has not been confined to Hong Kong, but has also travelled to London for the second time. The Datang plans to issue 1.244 billion overseas listed shares at an issue price of HK$2.52 per share, raising a total amount of more than HK$3.1 billion. In the actual issuance, due to unexpectedly aggressive subscription, the global coordinator Morgan Stanley exercised the over-allotment option.
