香料一般分为食品用香料(Flavors)和化 妆品用香精(Fragrances)两类。 在日本,通常将香料、香精以混配的产品形式出售,因为在许多情况下,混配的产品可以产生令人满意的香味效果。
Flavors are generally classified into two types: Flavors and Fragrances. In Japan, spices and fragrances are usually sold in the form of a compounded product because in many cases, the compounded product can produce a satisfactory scenting effect.
