青壳洋高粱是四川省农科院水稻高粱所选育的我国第一个酿酒优质糯性高粱新品种。累计推广面积124万亩,1988年四川、贵州两省种植面积52万亩,占其高粱种植面积的1/3,新增社会纯收益2284.36万元。该品种最近获农业部1989年度科技进步三等奖。品种特性:一是高产,常年亩产300公斤,比地方老品种增产10％以上;二是出酒率高,酒质好,优质白酒率达59.6％,浓香型曲酒率达41.8％,分别比国家标准高5.3％和4.5％;三是
