文章通过调查分析发现:随着世界经济的不断发展,政治、文化、经济之间的关系越来越密切。企业文化对企业的生存和发展的影响也越来越大。但是在企业经营管理过程中,由于机制等因素的限制,导致企业文化的作用无法充分发挥出来,人才流失严重,对企业的可持续发展造成了比较大的影响。由此得到的启示是:为了促进国有企业的发展,分析当前企业文化建设过程中面临的问题,需要将党组织的责任充分发挥出来,完善企业文化宣传制度,拓展宣传渠道,坚持“以人为本”的基本理念,营造出良好的企业文化氛围,提升企业的核心竞争力。
