党的十七大报告把“人人享有基本医疗卫生服务”确立为全面建设小康社会的战略目标之一。近期召开的全国卫生工作会议上,卫生部部长陈竺指出,贯彻“以人为本”就是要重视和发展人的权利,不仅包括生存权、自由权和发展权,而且包括健康权。高强副部长对中国特色卫生事业发展道路进行了阐述。这些都需要我们认真学习和理解。为此,本刊开辟“走中国特色卫生发展道路”这一栏目,希望广大读者发表见解。
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set “All people enjoying basic medical and health services” as one of the strategic objectives for building an overall well-to-do society. At a recent national health conference, Minister of Health Chen Zhu pointed out: Carrying out “people-oriented” means attaching importance to and developing human rights, including not only the rights to subsistence, liberty and development, but also the right to health. Vice Minister Gao Qiang elaborated on the development path of health undertakings with Chinese characteristics. These require us to seriously study and understand.
