目的了解广州地区从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌的分子流行病学特征,为食源性疾病溯源及致病菌数据库的建立提供数据。方法采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)对广州地区2009-2011年从业人员健康体检获得的17株肠炎沙门菌分离株进行分子分型及耐药性检测。结果 17株肠炎沙门菌分为10个PFGE型:G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、G7、G8、G9和G10型,各种PFGE型别之间仅有1~3条带的差异,相似度在86.6%~100%,菌株之间具有很近的亲缘关系;药敏分析显示除7株肠炎沙门菌对哌拉西林耐药外,对头孢噻肟、亚胺培南、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑等药物均敏感。结论从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌菌株之间既存在分子水平的同源性也存在非同源性,加强对从业人员健康体检分离的肠炎沙门菌菌株实时分子分型检测能快速预警肠炎沙门菌潜在爆发和追溯污染源。
Objective To understand the molecular epidemiological characteristics of Salmonella enteritidis isolated from health examination in Guangzhou area and provide data for the traceability of foodborne diseases and the establishment of a database of pathogens. Methods Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to detect the molecular typing and drug resistance of 17 S. enteritidis isolates from 2009 to 2011 in Guangzhou. Results 17 strains of S. Enteritidis were divided into 10 PFGE types: G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6, G7, G8, G9 and G10, with only 1 to 3 bands between PFGE types , Similarity of 86.6% ~ 100%, the strains have a close relationship between; susceptibility analysis showed that in addition to seven strains of Salmonella enteritidis resistant to piperacillin, cefotaxime, imipenem, methoxy Benzidine / sulfamethoxazole and other drugs are sensitive. Conclusion There is both molecular homology and non-homology among Salmonella enteritidis isolates isolated from health examination of practitioners, and the detection of Salmonella enteritidis isolates can be quickly warned against Enteritis salmonella Potential outbreaks and tracing of sources of contamination.
