社区参与是城市老年人社会参与的重要组成部分。有关社区参与影响因素的探讨已有多种理论视角。从个人特性与社会环境的互动来看,我们对于老年人社区参与的影响因素可以从宏观和微观两个方面进行探讨。宏观层面上,城市老年人社区参与受到传统文化、“单位”体制、制度环境等的影响;微观层面看,公民社区参与受人口特征、阶层特征和心理特征等的影响。
Community participation is an important part of the social participation of the urban elderly. There are many theoretical perspectives on the influencing factors of community participation. From the perspective of the interaction between personal characteristics and social environment, the factors that affect the community participation of the elderly can be explored from the macro and micro perspectives. At the macro level, the participation of the elderly in urban areas is affected by the traditional culture, the “unit” system and the institutional environment. At the micro level, the participation of citizens in the community is affected by demographic characteristics, class characteristics and psychological characteristics.
