通过二年多的儿童计免保健保偿实践,我们从中受到启发,领悟到初级卫生保健组织的发展方向应该是建立以预防为中心,开展多种健康医疗综合性有偿服务保险制的模式。一、我市儿童计免保健保偿的概况我市现有19万人口,市区7个街道,郊区3个乡共17个村,7街有卫生所,3乡有卫生院,17个村均有卫生室,我市计免工作八十年代早期开始起步,1983年后逐步完善,1987年冷链运转,四苗接种率提前达到国家第二个85％的目标。1988年
