So far, all the writings of the Chinese party history academy are based on the “Chinese Communist Party’s accession to the third international resolution” adopted by the “Second Big” and believe that the CCP was the first one who decided to join the Communist International . The author believes that the CCP has not decided to join the Communist International for the first time not in the “second largest” but in its “big one.” We know that in accordance with the provisions of the constitution of the Communist International, all Communist parties participating in the Communist International must obey the leadership of the Comintern, carry out all the resolutions of the Comintern Congress and its Executive Committee, respect the Comintern’s presence in the country guide. Next, around the above-mentioned provisions of the Comintern, the author uses ten evidence from 1921-1924 to illustrate the proposition of this article.
