为了贯彻执行全国合作社工作者代表会议决定整顿基层社之精神,我社于五○年九月进行了整社的准备工作,首先根据合作社法草案和城市消费社章程准则草案之标准,对基层社作一次重点的比较彻底的检查,重点放在职工学校消费社。经过了七个职工学校社的重点整顿,得到了初步经验后,即分批全面推动这一工作,截至本年五月初旬止,除一些小型社需要联合组织外,计整顿了职工学校社一五九个;市民社五一个;渔民社一个,共计二一一个。兹将整社的全部过程及经验教训分述於下:
