课题研究在中职院校中越来越受到重视,但同时也存在教师对课题研究认识不足,学校教科研部门管理缺失,课题研究虚假,课题研究与教育教学实践脱节,研究成果的实践转化率低等问题。因此,中职院校要加强对课题研究实行科学的全过程管理,鼓励教师以课堂教学为研究主阵地,开展个人课题研究,开展科学合理的课题研究评价。
