征收管理是税收的核心工作,随着税收征管信息化的深化,税收征管理念、方式和手段正发生着深刻的变化。但由于受各种因素的制约,当前在实际征管工作中还存在着一些深层次问题,在一定程度上影响着新征管模式优势的发挥。本文对于这些问题进行了分析研究,并提出了相关对策。
Tax collection and management are the core tasks of taxation. With the deepening of the informationization of tax collection and administration, profound changes have taken place in the tax collection and management concepts, methods and measures. However, due to the constraints of various factors, there are still some deep-seated problems in the actual collection and management to a certain extent, which affect the advantages of the new collection and management mode. This article has carried on the analysis research to these questions, and has proposed the related countermeasure.
