在阳极孔的发散作用下,电子束通过阳极孔后形成新的会聚半角γ_0。γ_0角直接影响电子光学系统的成象性能和电子束的穿透能力。本文导出了电子束热初速影响的γ_0角的精确表达式,描述了用直边切割电子束测量γ_0角的实验方法。利用电子计算机计算的结果,研究了内缩阴极电子枪对γ_0角和其它束参量的影响。给出了对这种电子枪的等效处理方法,并提出了以γ_0角为设计基础的电子枪设计新概念,获得了满意的实验结果。
Under the divergence of the anode hole, the electron beam passes through the anode hole to form a new convergent half angle γ_0. The γ_0 angle directly affects the imaging performance of electron optical systems and the electron beam penetration. In this paper, we derive the precise expression of the γ_0 angle influenced by the thermal initial velocity of the electron beam and describe the experimental method of measuring the γ_0 angle by cutting the electron beam with a straight edge. The effects of shranter cathode electron gun on the γ_0 angle and other beam parameters were studied by computerized results. The equivalent treatment method for this kind of electron gun is given, and a new concept of electron gun design based on γ_0 angle is proposed, and satisfactory experimental results are obtained.
