通过热力学分析研究计算得到: 1)钇在纯铁液中的脱氧常数,脱硫常数和脱硫氧常数’溶解自由能;活度系数和自作用系数。2)纯铁液中[Y]-[S]-[O]平衡立体图;钇的脱氧平衡、脱硫平衡图;等硫(a_Y-a_o)、等氧(a_Y-a_s)、等钇(a_s-a_o)的平衡图,为理论上预测夹杂物生成的顺序和类型提供了依据。3)给出了铁液中钇加入量和控制夹杂物形态的公式。4)把钇与铈同时加入铁液中,Ce在Y_2O_2S中不富集,但在YS中富集。
The results of thermodynamic analysis and calculation show that: 1) the deoxidation constant, desulfurization constant and desulfuration oxygen constant ’dissolution free energy of yttrium in pure iron liquid; activity coefficient and self-acting coefficient. 2) Stereogram of [Y] - [S] - [O] in pure iron liquid; deoxidation balance of yttrium, desulfurization balance diagram; isosulfur a_Y_a_o, a_o) equilibrium diagram, which provides the basis for theoretically predicting the order and type of inclusion generation. 3) The formulas for adding yttrium in molten iron and controlling the morphology of inclusions are given. 4) Adding yttrium and cerium into the molten iron at the same time, Ce is not enriched in Y_2O_2S but enriched in YS.
