战后日本经济的成功,是举世公认的。南朝鲜学习日本的经验,用了不到三十年的时间,也终于摆脱了外债累增的局面,成功地从一个发展中国家发展成为“准发达国家”,也是举世公认的。可以说,当今世界的各个国家,为了发展本国经济,都在研究和借鉴日本的经验。那末,究竟什么是日本经济取得巨大成功的主要经验呢?这里,我根据多年研究日本经济的一得之见,对日本的经验从总体上进行尽可能扼要的概括,介绍给大家。从中国的国情出发,利用日本这些经验,将是有益的。
The success of Japan’s post-war economy is universally acknowledged. It took less than 30 years for South Korea to learn from Japan’s experience and finally got rid of the situation of a surge in foreign debts. It has also become universally acknowledged that the successful development of a developing country from a developing country to a “prospective developed country” has won. It can be said that all countries in the world today are studying and learning from Japan’s experience in order to develop their own economies. So what are the main experiences of the great success of the Japanese economy? Here, based on my knowledge of Japan’s economy for many years, I generalize my experience in Japan as generally as possible and introduce it to everyone. Starting from China’s national conditions and using Japan’s experience, it will be helpful.
