五超声检验在多数情况下,超声检验法只能用以确定缺陷的几何参数,如缺陷的位置、形状、大小及取向。对于这种以所测得的反射体为中心,从各个不同的方向对缺陷进行检测,或以不同型式探头来区别点状缺陷,面状缺陷及体积状缺陷的可靠的老方法在此不作详细讨论。这种方法对 B、C、D、或 P 等各种图型显示也有效,尤其是在辨别延伸范围大的缺陷时,这种显示方式可能更加有效。当然,十分重要的是要与先进的分析方法配合才能重现缺陷。
Five ultrasonic test In most cases, the ultrasonic test method can only be used to determine the geometric parameters of defects, such as defect location, shape, size and orientation. A reliable, old method of distinguishing between point defects, area defects, and volumetric defects by detecting the defect from different directions based on the measured reflector or by using different types of probes is not detailed here discuss. This method is also effective for a variety of graphical displays such as B, C, D, or P, which may be more effective when identifying defects with extended reach. Of course, it is very important to cooperate with advanced analytical methods to reproduce the defects.
