描述了大鼠血、脑中氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪同时测定的定量分析方法。该法用溶剂同时提取血中或脑中的氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪,并在气相色谱上与杂质有效分离。方法简单、可靠、灵敏度高。已用于给药后大鼠血、脑中氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪的定量测定,得到了有意义的结果。
A quantitative method for the simultaneous determination of ketamine and xylazine in rat blood and brain is described. This method uses solvent simultaneously to extract ketamine and xylazine from the blood or brain, and effectively separate gas from impurities. Method is simple, reliable, high sensitivity. Has been used for the quantitative determination of ketamine and xylazine in rat blood and brain after administration, and obtained significant results.
