海兰组织细胞增生症(Sea blue Histi-ocytosis)又名海兰组织细胞综合征,国内外极告共十余例,现将我院最近见到的1例报告如下:王×,女性,40岁,北京人,1963年开始有腹胀、消化不良,在劳动用力过猛后有皮下出血点。查体:肝、脾均在肋下2厘米,血小板18万/立方毫米,未经治疗。1975年查血小板为9.5～4.5万/立方毫米,近五年来有皮下出血点,去年出现牙龈出血、月经过多,腹胀、乏力加重。血常规:血红蛋白11克%,白细胞5000/立方毫米,血小板4.5万/立方毫米。骨髓检查:增生活跃,粒:红=0.9:1。粒细
Sea blue histi-cell hyperplasia (Sea blue Histi-ocytosis), also known asHelandHeat cell syndrome, a total of more than a dozen cases at home and abroad, now in our hospital recently seen in 1 case as follows: Wang ×, female, 40 Old, Beijingers, 1963 began to have bloating, indigestion, subcutaneous bleeding point after excessive labor force. Physical examination: liver, spleen are 2 cm in the ribs, platelets 180,000 / cubic mm, untreated. Platelet examination in 1975 was 9.5 to 45,000 / cubic millimeter, subcutaneous bleeding in the past five years, bleeding gums last year, menorrhagia, bloating, increased fatigue.
