南京市是国家计委、国家建设部确定的全国3个预拌混凝土推广试点城市之一,1996年全市建筑施工共用预拌混凝土92万m~3,列全国各城市第5位。今年南京市建委作出规定,6城区沿街主干道不论高层或多层建筑,凡一次性使用混凝土量超过100m~3的,必须采用在郊外搅拌厂制作好的预拌混凝土,否则,查出重罚,这样可减少城市建设中的噪音、粉尘污染,确保建筑工程质量。
Nanjing is one of the three pilot cities for the promotion of ready-mixed concrete determined by the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Construction. In 1996, the city’s building construction shared 9.2 million cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete, ranking fifth in cities across the country. This year, the Nanjing Municipal Construction Commission made regulations that, regardless of high-rise or multi-storey buildings along the main roads of 6 urban districts, any one-time use of concrete exceeding 100m~3 must use ready-mixed concrete produced in the suburban mixing plant. Otherwise, heavy penalties will be detected. This will reduce noise and dust pollution in urban construction and ensure the quality of construction projects.
