2008年6月,富阳市某镇发生一起食物中毒事件,经流行病学调查分析和实验室诊断,确定为嗜水气单胞菌和变形杆菌引起的混合细菌性食物中毒。嗜水气单胞菌引起的食物中毒在本地区也鲜有报导,现将这起由嗜水气胞菌为优势菌的混合细菌性食物中毒调查及实验室检测情况报告如下。
