目的了解洛阳市市属学校实行食品卫生监督量化分级管理和食品卫生监督公示制,对学校食堂食品卫生状况的影响。方法2005-2007年,洛阳市疾病预防控制中心对56所市属学校食堂食品卫生量化分级管理和公示制试行状况进行了调查分析。结果与2005年相比,2006年学校食堂卫生状况提高不明显,差异无统计学意义。但2007年学校食堂卫生状况明显改善,C级单位数由21家降为10家,明显减少(χ2=4.460 4,P=0.034 7),且2007年卫生许可和经常性卫生监督量化评分与2005年比明显提高,分别由71.58分提高到79.30分,69.14分提高到75.16分,差异均有统计学意义(u=5.990 2,P=0.000 0,u=4.060 3,P=0.000 0)。结论从2005年洛阳市市属学校食堂推行量化分级管理制度,到2007年学校食堂食品硬件设施逐步完善,卫生状况、卫生管理明显提高,取得了显著效果。
Objective To understand the effect of quantitative management of food hygiene supervision and public health supervision of food hygiene in municipal schools in Luoyang City on the food hygiene status of school canteens. Methods From 2005 to 2007, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Luoyang City investigated and analyzed the quantitative management of food hygiene and the publicity system of 56 school canteens. Results Compared with 2005, the health condition of school canteens did not increase obviously in 2006, and the difference was not statistically significant. However, the health conditions of school canteens improved significantly in 2007, the number of C-level units dropped from 21 to 10, significantly decreased (χ2 = 4.4604, P = 0.0347). In 2007, the quantitative scores of hygiene permission and regular health supervision were similar to those of 2005 Year increased significantly from 71.58 points to 79.30 points, 69.14 points increased to 75.16 points, the differences were statistically significant (u = 5.990 2, P = 0.000 0, u = 4.060 3, P = 0.000 0). Conclusion From 2005, Luoyang municipal school canteens implemented a quantitative grading management system. By 2007, the food and hardware facilities in the school cafeteria have been gradually improved, and their health status and health management have been significantly improved with remarkable results.
