在一些人的心目中,往往把“务实”同“务虚”对立起来,重“务实”而轻“务虚”。这种理解有失偏颇。“务虚”常常是“务实”的先导,二者是不能割裂的。我们每开展一项工作,总离不开统一认识,学习并掌握有关理论并以此为指导。几十年来,我们党开展每一项重大工作,总是坚持先宣传群众,做好群众的“齐心”工作,群众齐心了,事情就好办了。可是近几年来,由于不重视党的建设,放松思想政治工作,许多实际工作做得不理想。可见,党的建设、党的思想政治工作等等被一般人认为是“务虚”的工作是万万放松不得的。
