近日,《嘉善县大众创业促进机制改革方案》(以下简称《方案》)获得浙江省政府批复。这标志着嘉善作为全省首创、唯一的试点,大众创业促进机制改革进入实质性阶段。根据方案,嘉善将通过3年时间,着力推动经济结构调整、打造发展新引擎、增强发展新动力,构建充满活力的创业创新生态体系,充分激发大众创业创新激情,营造大众创业、万众创新新气象,为全省推进大众创业积累经验。《方案》还确定了4个定性的具体目标:
