核内不均一核糖核蛋白(hnRNP)B1是存在于细胞核的一种RNA结合蛋白,在肺癌细胞株和手术切除的肺癌组织中表达,在临近的正常组织、正常的支气管上皮和肺泡上皮细胞的细胞核未见表达。我们推测抗hnRNP B1单克隆抗体(MAb)能特异性与肺癌组织高表达的hnRNP B1蛋白结合,是潜在的肺癌治疗靶点。
Nuclear heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) B1 is an RNA-binding protein present in the nucleus and is expressed in lung cancer cell lines and surgically resected lung cancer tissues in adjacent normal tissues, normal bronchial epithelium and alveolar epithelial cells No nuclear expression. We speculate that anti-hnRNP B1 monoclonal antibody (MAb) binds specifically to hnRNP B1 protein highly expressed in lung cancer tissue and is a potential therapeutic target for lung cancer.
