我国高校作为科研的主力军,其有着得天独厚的教学资源与社会资源,我国每年的高校毕业生在700万左右,并且这一数字还在逐年递增,这一部分学生未来都将是社会创新驱动力的种子,他们经过4年的高校教育的熏陶,创新的精神已深入内心。随着我国社会的日益发展,与世界发达国家相比我国的创新力仍存在着一定差距,高校作为创新力的集中地,加强创新精神与实践能力的培育成为首要的重任,如何实现这些目标,高校又是教育的集中地,根据多年探索的经验来看,通过在学制教育上做出符合实情的改革成为最有效的手段。本文浅析了培养学生创新精神的重要性同时在学制教学改革上如何下功夫做出了分析。
As the main force of scientific research, colleges and universities in our country have unique teaching resources and social resources. There are about 7 million college graduates each year in our country, and the number is still increasing year by year. In the future, some students will be the driving force of social innovation After four years of college education, they have deeply rooted in the spirit of innovation. With the continuous development of our society, there are still some gaps in our country’s innovation compared with the developed countries in the world. As the focus of innovation, strengthening the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability has become the most important task and how to achieve these goals. Colleges and universities are also the places where education is concentrated. Based on the experiences we have explored for many years, it has become the most effective means to make truth-based reforms in the academic education. This article analyzes the importance of cultivating students’ innovative spirit and at the same time makes an analysis on how to make great efforts in the reform of academic teaching.
