本缝合器设计原理与GF-1型管形消化道吻合器基本相同,而是利用两列交叉排列的钽丝缝钉作粘膜对粘膜全层外翻缝合。动物实验取7条12~15kg杂种狗,不作任何肠道准备,每条狗均用本缝合器作结肠外翻缝合一处,并同时用GF-1型管形消化道吻合器作结肠内翻吻合一处以资对照。术后分别于24、72小时及8、15、35、65、94天剖腹,所有缝(吻)合口均无渗血、裂开、感染或渗漏等并发症。标本均作病理切片检查,在15天以前的各次标本中内翻吻合愈合的程度略优于外翻缝合。但两者愈合过程
