选取壹期尘肺患者及健康者各105例,同时检测十二导心电图、心向量图、肺动脉压、三尖瓣环收缩期位移。壹期尘肺患者组心电图提示肺型P波6例(5.73%),心向量图P环异常30例(28.57%),肺动脉压升高3例(2.86%);但与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。壹期尘肺病人三尖瓣环收缩期位移小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组肺动脉压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果提示三尖瓣环收缩期位移检测方法可为尘肺右心功能改变的早期监测或诊断提供依据,此方法简便、无创、可重复性强,建议在尘肺健康监护中推广应用。
One hundred cases of pneumoconiosis and healthy subjects were selected from 105 cases respectively. At the same time, 12-lead electrocardiogram, cardiogram, pulmonary artery pressure and systolic displacement of tricuspid annulus were measured. In the first pneumoconiosis group, there were 6 cases of pulmonary P wave (5.73%), 30 cases of abnormal P ring (28.57%) and 3 cases (2.86%) of pulmonary hypertension. However, compared with the control group, Statistical significance (P> 0.05). The systolic displacement of tricuspid annulus in patients with pneumoconiosis was less than that in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in pulmonary arterial pressure between the two groups (P> 0.05). The results suggest that tricuspid annulus systolic displacement detection method can provide the basis for the early monitoring or diagnosis of pneumoconiosis with right heart function. This method is simple, noninvasive and reproducible. It is suggested that it should be widely used in the monitoring of pneumoconiosis.
