研究糖冠康高中低剂量组对DM合并心肌缺血大鼠血脂及心脏功能的影响,初步探讨其延缓心脏并发症的机制。方法:STZ造DM模型后用手术方法制作心肌缺血,形成的复合模型,研究糖冠康对大鼠血脂及心脏功能的影响。结果:该药各剂量组均能改善大鼠血脂紊乱、提高LVSP、降低LVEDP,改善心脏功能,和模型组相比P<0.01,和对照组相比均有统计学意义,其中高剂量组效果最好。结论:糖冠康通过改善血脂紊乱、提高心脏功能,从而预防和延缓了心脏并发症的发生、发展。
To investigate the effects of Tanguankang high-low-dose group on blood lipids and cardiac function in diabetic rats with myocardial ischemia, and to explore the mechanism of delaying cardiac complications. METHODS: After STZ-made DM model, myocardial ischemia was established by surgery and a compound model was established to study the effects of Tanguankang on blood lipid and cardiac function in rats. RESULTS: All dosages of the drug improved blood lipid disorders, increased LVSP, decreased LVEDP, and improved cardiac function. Compared with the model group, P <0.01, and the control group had significant statistical significance. Among them, the effect of high dose group was significant. the best. Conclusion: GTC can prevent and delay the occurrence and development of cardiac complications by improving dyslipidemia and improving cardiac function.
