各区人委,市民政局、总工会、木材公司、市第二商业局、煤建公司、市房管局:我市推动私人房屋修缮工作,由于各区、街领导的重视和有关单位密切的配合,以及广大住户的努力,取得了较好的成绩。截至八月底止,已修缮危房、雨漏等私房共十九万六个七百八十七间,占应修房屋的76.80%。从市房管局组织各区联合检查的结果看,修房质量一般尚好,保障了市民居住安全。但由于有的街抓得不紧,以及和中心任务结合不够,修房进度较慢,因之尚有一万一千一百三十三间危房未得到彻底解决。要求各区
