跳远技术由助跑、起跳、腾空和落地四个部分组成,其中起跳是关键。作为跳远起跳动作重要技术构成之一的摆动腿摆动技术对整个起跳阶段起着重要作用。根据试验研究得出:摆动腿的摆动加上双臂的摆动对起跳时的支撑反作用力所起的作用最大,约为64%,其中摆动腿占36%。摆动腿摆动技术在跳远起跳过程中对增加身体重心垂直速度起着重要作用。可见摆动腿摆动技术在起跳中有着极其重要的作用。一、对起跳过程的阶段性认识
