校本研究是指以学校自身条件为基础,教师为主力军,针对学校资源条件及现实中存在的问题而开展的有计划的教育教学研究活动。本文试从以下几点谈谈本人在校本研究实践中的做法。
School-based research refers to planned education and research activities based on the school’s own conditions, teachers as the main force, school resource conditions and problems in reality. This article tries to talk about the following practices in my school-based research.
