急诊留观是处理临床危重症患者的应急通道,患者进入急诊留观是挽救其生命的重要环节。患者由于病情反复、留观时间不确定及留观室医师不固定、人员复杂等特点,患者在心理上产生不同程度的压抑,甚至导致焦虑等状况的发生。患者在急诊留观治疗过程中可能出现抵触情绪,表现为不配合治疗,严重者甚至拒绝治疗,不同程度的影响了患者康复过程。本研究对大连医科大学附属一院及大连妇产医院急诊留观患者进行问卷调查,目的在于明确引起患者不良情绪反应
