中等职业学校的德育要适应形势发展的需要,必须以培养人、发展人为根本。加强中职学生的道德教育,需要职教工作者不断探索和勇于实践,找到中职德育的有效途径,提升道德教育的实效性。本文旨在从教育方式、教学内容、师资力量、评价方式以及教学效果等方面进行研究,探索中等职校学生职业道德现存问题。同时力图针对中等职校现存的问题进行分析,找到中职学校进行职业道德教育的对策。
To meet the needs of the development of the situation, the moral education in secondary vocational schools must be based on cultivating people and developing people. To strengthen the moral education of secondary vocational students, vocational education workers need continuous exploration and courage to practice, to find an effective way of secondary education to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. The purpose of this paper is to study the ways of education, teaching content, teachers, evaluation methods and teaching effects to explore the existing problems of vocational students in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, it attempts to analyze the existing problems of secondary vocational schools and find out the countermeasures of vocational moral education in secondary vocational schools.
