为提高城市桥梁混凝土塔柱的外观质量,以涪江五桥索塔塔柱施工为例,对塔柱施工中混凝土外观质量控制的关键技术进行研究。结合塔柱结构特点合理进行模板分块,分块拼缝采用企口缝形式,并对圆弧倒角钢模与木模的连接进行优化处理;WISA面板与木工字背肋的连接采用反面打钉的连接方式;模板底口除了设置拉杆,还设置了预埋爬锥+精轧螺纹拉杆,起到双重收紧效果;通过对比选择脱模剂,最终选用色拉油作脱模剂;塔柱混凝土施工中,设置与塔柱壁厚等长的方木作为内支撑,保证模板顶口宽度,模板顶口施工缝处通长水平钉设木条控制平整度。通过采取以上措施,涪江五桥桥塔塔柱最终达到内实外美的目标。
