办公室常听到这样的抱怨:“现在的学生变‘懒’了,连作业也不愿完成了!”探讨其中的原因,会发现部分教师对作业的作用认识产生偏差,他们往往把作业的功能定位在“巩固知识”和“强化技能”上,认为完成作业仅仅是为了更好地在考试中取得好成绩。因此,布置的多是抄写、背诵之类的作业。这种机械呆板的作业,压抑了学生个性,忽视了学生兴趣,增加了学生负担,难免有学生不愿完成这样的作业。针对以上现象,我采取以下策略:
