盐城市郊区地处苏北里下河地区,有113万人口,25个乡镇,676个行政村。为实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的战略目标,近几年,在区、乡政府领导下,针对三级网网底建设薄弱的实际情况,调动社会各方面积极因素,努力加强村卫生室的建设,不断健全PHC支持体系。到1993年底,行政村卫生室覆盖率达100％,其中,房屋、设备、人员配套的合格村卫生室占村卫生室总数93.8％,甲级村卫生室占村卫生室总数52.3％。有效地巩固了农村卫生工作的前沿阵地,保证了群众最基本的医疗保健需求,为保护农村生产力,促进地方经济繁荣贡献了力量。我们的做法和体会是: 1.政府重视,部门主动,是建设村卫生室的关键。
The suburb of Yancheng City is located in Lixiahe District in northern Jiangsu Province. It has 1.13 million people, 25 townships and 676 administrative villages. In order to realize the strategic goal of “Health for All in 2000”, in recent years, under the leadership of the district and township governments, we have mobilized the positive factors in all aspects of the society in light of the actual situation of the weak construction of the three-tier network and strengthened the village’s health. The construction of the room has continuously improved the PHC support system. By the end of 1993, the coverage rate of the administrative village clinics reached 100%, of which, the qualified village clinics for housing, equipment, and personnel accounted for 93.8% of the total number of village clinics, and the Grade A village clinics accounted for 52.3% of the total number of village clinics. It has effectively consolidated the forward positions of rural health work, ensured the most basic health care needs of the people, and contributed to the protection of rural productivity and the promotion of local economic prosperity. Our practices and experiences are: 1. The government attaches importance to the initiative of the government and is the key to building a village clinic.
