外语口译资格证书考试与培训是上海市九十年代紧缺人才培训工程项目之一,旨在通过培训与考试,造就一批能胜任各类涉外谈判、文化交流、高层次会晤和研讨以及国际会议的外语口译或翻译人才。同时,提高广大外语学员的口语和口译的整体水平,进一步探讨高层次岗位培训和大学后继续教育以及外语口语的教学理论与实践。外语口译资格证书考试是颁发由上海市教育委员会,上海市成人教育委员会,上海市委组织部,上海市人事局统一印制的“上海市岗位资格证书”的依据。
