目的:观察复方通络胶囊对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注(MCAO)大鼠的预防性脑保护作用。方法:采用MCAO大鼠模型,造模前大鼠灌胃给药1周,以脑组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量为指标,观察复方通络胶囊对MCAO大鼠的作用机理。结果:复方通络胶囊能明显降低模型动物MDA含量,提高SOD活性,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),并且能降低NOS活性。结论:复方通络胶囊能够降低模型动物NOS活性和MDA含量,提高SOD活性,对MCAO大鼠有预防性脑保护作用。
Objective: To observe the prophylactic brain protective effect of Fufang Tongluo Capsule on middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats. Methods: MCAO rat model was established. The rats were intragastrically administrated for one week. The content of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) Indicators to observe the mechanism of Fu Tong Tongluo Capsule in MCAO rats. Results: Fufang Tongluo Capsule could significantly reduce the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in model animals. Compared with the model group, Fufang Tongluo Capsule had significant difference (P <0.05, P <0.01) and decreased the activity of NOS. CONCLUSION: Fufang Tongluo Capsule can reduce NOS activity and MDA content of model animals, increase SOD activity and prevent cerebral injury in MCAO rats.
