In recent years, the research of cellular receptors has received extensive attention in the field of life science. Receptology has been listed as one of the eight leading disciplines, and many new breakthroughs have been made in the researches on the function of viral receptors at home and abroad. The research progress of virus cell receptor and virus tropism and virus pathogenesis are reviewed
